Overpriced for an old hotel.

Breakfast by the pool was fine. Room size was nice. Staff very nice.

Shower always overflowed on the floor because the door is hung wrong. Constant issues everyday with the oven not working correctly. Patched up water damage. Surcharge for everything.

I loved their bed. It's so comfy and spacious. Had a relaxing sleep. I also liked the lighting of our room. The room is also spacious and clean enough.

I wish the water in their bath could be hotter. And some of the stuff in the shower are broken too. But overall it was clean enough. Wish there were rugs too. And I hope they invest on netflix instead of cable. Their bed is just so good for binge watching but I couldn't find anything to watch.

Location is great. Transfer from airport and back was well-organized (although quite expensive). Great view from roof-top. Restaurant up there is opened 24 hours. Staff at reception is very friendly and helpful

Being one of the highest buildings in the city, it was more than cumbersome only having one elevator working halfway (you always have to call reception to send the elevator to your floor). The restaurant on the roof top is poorly managed: Employees are sleeping on the seats which are foreseen for the guests; you mostly have to get up and call the waiters since they do regularly pass by to ask whether everything is all right. The bath towels should urgently be replaced by new ones

Cozy and friendly staff

The elevator wont stop in your floor even if you already push it button. Need to call the F.O. for assistance always. We stayed there to celebrate the new year count down at the Upper deck but unluckily we were strugging to go up using the STAIRS from our floor (6THfloor) to the upper deck just to watch all the fireworks but the ending, i almost had an asthma cause of the hurry and also my son puke infront of the bar.

What was the highlight of The Penthouse Hotel and Residences

The location is great for nightlife. Also the rooms are pretty nice, especially the one bedroom suite. It's the highest hotel in town with a good view from rooftop.

The WiFi was often very weak or could not even really connect. Furthermore one of the two elevators was out of order the whole time and therefore I had to wait every time I wanted to take the elevator, very annoying and a waist of time.

Was a very comfortable and clean hotel. Poolside was nice and food was great.

The main shower head in the shower didn't work, water could barely get through the holes, had to use the smaller hand held shower head.

The staff were amazingly helpful, the pool in the roof was nice, and the location is in the middle of it all.

The buttons to turn on/off my do not disturb sign are hard to find. Never managed to get my room cleaned as a result.

Elevator gives trouble and was the same on my last visit 4 months back..also bedding was dirty and i requested a change..while doing that they also discovered a blood stained mattress cover and I had to take a cold shower as hot water took forever to come down as maintenance told me.still with all said.May be ill stay again becuz of location and bang for buck..

2nd stay at this hotel in 2 years, no hot water for showers during both trips. Staff was friendly, but unreliable in arrangements. Requested late check out days prior to arrival, denied late checkout on day of check out. The automatic rating shows 4.2, true rating is about a 1

Love the roof top pool and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Love the room it’s beautiful.

Main issue is not enough or hardly any carpark available for guests. More carpark required Price compare to Central is way more expensive given the Central hotel looks way more fancy/classy. Building requires big renovation. Towels are very old, needs to be upgraded badly. Hallways to be brightened up as it felt creepy walking back to the room. Quiet a big gap between the elevator and the floor, scary to drop anything there. Also I did asked when I booked for a city view room near the rooftop floor but what I got was a view of the Central Park Resorts wall building only.

Nice Kings size bed and good WiFi, as compared to other similar hotels. Restaurant and pool on the top floor is ok but have seen better days. At check-in, it's annoying to be forced to put a cash deposit of 1,000 Pesos instead of charging the credit card used for payment of the room. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel got two "main" entrances.
